Al Mostakbal Modern Schools ("the school") operates this website and its admissions and parent portals.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, mobile number and preferred language.
- Application details you enter about the student and guardian, and the documents you upload.
- Messages, tour bookings and inquiries you send us.
- Technical security records (sign-in times, IP address) used to protect accounts.
Why we use it
To process admission and enrollment, contact you about your application, run school services and keep the platform secure. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Only authorised school staff with an admissions or administrative role. Uploaded documents are stored privately and are never published on the website. Every staff access to an application is logged.
How long we keep it
Application records are kept for as long as needed for admission and the school’s legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
In line with Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020), you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us.
Photos
Photos of students are published only with the family’s permission, which you can give or refuse in the enrollment form.
