The first field accepts: e-mail, mobile number (parents) or code (students and staff).

Students: 6-digit PIN. Parents and staff: password.

Wrong password

Try “Forgot password” (e-mail accounts). After 5 wrong attempts the account locks for 15 minutes.

I do not know the student code

The parent sees it on the child’s page in their portal.

Mobile number is not accepted

You must have activated through the school link first and type the same 11-digit number.
